Time-Space Guide

Time-Spaces are basically quests within the game. Completing them will usually give the player a reward or advance the Main Quest. Time-Spaces normally have a level requirement to enter them. Often times there will also be a item requirement. There are different kinds of Time-Spaces.

Regular Time-Space- These are the ones you can see on your mini map and also the ones I am writing a walk through on. These are usually completed to advance the Main Quest. Often times, you will be rewarded with items once you complete them.

Hero Mission Time-Space- These Time-Spaces are just like the regular ones except they usually indicate an end to an act or an end within the act such as, going from act 1-2 to act 1-3. They are usually more challenging than the regular Time-Spaces.

There are also Time-Spaces you can enter through your inventory

These Time-Spaces will usually require seeds of chaos, a piece of Time-Space stone, and other items depending on what kind of stone you want to enter. They will often be hidden and will require dowsing rods which can be purchased from Raul. Use the sticks to find the energy source and then you can summon the Time-Space from there.

Individual Time-Space- These are hidden which mean you gotta use dowsing sticks to find the energy source. These Time-Spaces can only be done solo. Which means you gotta do it by yourself. The required items for these Time-Spaces are usually seeds of chaos, crescent pieces, half moons and the Time-Space stone. Rewards given are similar to the regular Time-Spaces except they are better quality.

Hunting Time-Space- Hidden Time-Space. These can be done in a party of 2-3 I believe. The required items to enter will usually be seeds of chaos, Time-Space stone, wolf's mane, bead of darkness and spider webs. In these Time-Spaces you just hunt monsters. The rooms are usually timed. Start them in the correct order so as to no run out of time. The reward for finishing this Time-Space will be gold.

Party Time-Space
- Hidden Time-Space. These ones can only be done with a full party of 3. The required items and rewards will be similar to the Individual Time-Space.

Raid Time-Space
- Hidden Time-Space. This is where you get the raid seal to start a raid such as chicken raid or dark castra raid. They can only be entered alone. The rewards are gold and the seal of the particular raid. The required items to summon this one are seeds of chaos, Time-Space stone, crescent/half moons and other items depending on which Time-Space you're trying to summon(small bean, shiny piece, darkness piece, spider web, eye of spider king, bead of darkness, claw of slade).

Instant Time-Space
- These ones you can enter by just double clicking the Time-Space stone in your inventory. There will usually be no item required. You will come across these when you're doing your specialist quest or sometimes the main quest. They can only be done solo.

Time-Space Basics

Time-Space items

Draw items
- When you finish a regular Time-Space you'll get a chance to obtain a draw item. It will be random so you may not always get the item you want. You'll have the option of repeating the Time-Space for a chance to obtain the item of choice.

Special- The special item will be given to a player when you finish the Time-Space for the first time. The item will not be given again when the Time-Space is repeated.

Bonus- The bonus item(s) will be given everytime you finish the Time-Space.

Time-Space record

If you look at the Time-Space picture above, you'll see a record button. The record can be challenged by clicking the record button. The goal is to collect as many points as you can before you finish the Time-Space. If you beat the record, your IGN(in game name) will be displayed for all to see! Yay! As you can see above Jahrakal currently holds the record for this Time-Space.

You may ask: How the heck did they get their points so high? There are ways to get point boosts while doing Time-Spaces. Do you ever notice a green triangle around the monster. By killing these monsters first, your points will increase significantly. Also pick up the point increases. Killing all the monsters and exploring all the maps will also increase your points.

Loser Mode

I don't have a picture for loser mode, but a button will appear for loser mode if you fail the Time-Space 2 times in a row. The button will appear next to the start button. In loser mode, you'll have double the time to finish the Time-Space. There is no difference in monster strength. Also, you won't get the Draw item in loser mode. You'll also lose dignity when you challenge the Time-Space in loser mode. So keep that in mind.

Well I hope this improved your understanding of Time-Spaces.
